PAYMENTS METHODS
- Full payment in AED is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be complete when the specified fee is credited or received in full.
- Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa. The fees will include our credit card charges for accepting the credit card payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations on or before 30th April 2025 will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
- 50% cancellation fee for the request received between 1st May 2025 to 14th August 2025.
- Cancellations after 15th August 2025 will forfeit the entire fee.
- Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the MEIDAM Congress Secretariat at [email protected].
Note: All timings are based on UAE time zone.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for cancellations received till 15th August 2025, will be settled directly through mode of payment used during registration with average time of 60 days post the event dates.
